The key difference between the Springfield properties with other similar real estate projects is in the design and land space of each property. Other projects have the garage of each individual property located at the back and to access the garage another lane has been added. The result of this is the backyard and living area is significantly reduced. Austing Groups “Springfield” adopts a different strategy where the garage is located at the front which ultimately provides a better and more spacious backyard. Springfield has approached top architects in the industry to provide a modern and stylish design. The structure of the house uses the best quality light steel frame structure which will prevent termites.
